The client has a right to change their mind, and return delivered goods within 30 days from the day of delivery if the product is proven to be not as described or faulty. In such cases, the client must contact our customer support at hello@colonbroom.com within 30 days of delivery and provide detailed information proving the fault of the company’s product (with visual proof attached).
Any goods you wish to return must be in the original packaging and unopened, in a condition fit for resale. If the goods to be returned do not meet these conditions, we will be unable to offer a refund.
Please note that in the case of subscription purchases, refunds for products that are unopened and in their original packaging will only be issued for the initial purchase and not for recurring subscription goods.

Once contacted, our support team will provide you with the return form and RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). The return form must be filled out and sent back together with the goods within 14 days of receiving the purchased goods. If a package is returned with no return label and/or RMA #, you may experience delays with the refund, or it may not be authorized.
The US and CA
Once you inform us of your wish to return the products, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label to use for the return. The shipping label costs $15 (fifteen US dollars), so this sum will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive and check your returned order, a refund will be authorized. You will receive the money in the same account you used to make the initial payment.
We will refund you no later than 14 days from when we receive your order. However, be advised that the refund may take 10–30 working days to reach your bank account.
If the client fails to meet the deadlines of our return policy, we will be unable to offer a refund.
