The client has a right to change their mind and return delivered goods within 14 days from the day of delivery if the product is proven to be not as described or faulty. In such cases, the client must contact our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days upon delivery and provide detailed information proving the fault of the company’s product (with visual proof attached).
Any goods you wish to return must be in the original packaging and unopened, in a condition fit for resale. If the goods to be returned do not meet these conditions, we will be unable to offer a refund.
Once contacted, our support team will provide you with the return form and RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). The return form must be filled out and sent back together with the goods within 14 days after receiving the purchased goods. If a package is returned with no return label and/or RMA #, you may experience delays with the refund, or it may not be authorized.
Once we receive and check your returned order, a refund will be authorized. You will receive the money to the same account you used to make the initial payment.
We will refund you no later than 14 days from when we received your order. However, be advised that the refund may take 10–30 working days to reach your bank account.
If the client fails to meet the deadlines of our return policy, we will be unable to offer a refund.
