Currently, we do not have an option to update your payment method during an ongoing subscription. We are working on the implementation of this function. In addition, all refunds can only be authorized to the source of the original payment.
If it’s necessary to change your payment method (for example, your credit card is about to expire), we suggest to cancel your ongoing subscription and purchase a new one. You can do that by contacting our support team at hello@colonbroom.com or using the Self Service.
After canceling, you may repurchase ColonBroom using a different payment method.
