For the time being, it’s impossible to update your payment method during an ongoing subscription. In addition, all refunds can only be authorized to the source of the original payment.
If it’s necessary to change your payment method (for example, your credit card is about to expire), we suggest you cancel your ongoing subscription and purchase a new one. You can do that by contacting our support team at hello@colonbroom.com or using the Self Service.
To access the Self Service, you have to create an account with the email address you used to make the purchase via this link. Then you can access your account by logging in here.
After canceling, you may repurchase ColonBroom using a different payment method.
