If you decide to stop using the product, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
If you are canceling your subscription prior to the first recurring charge, you would have to pay the difference between the subscription and a one-time order in your self-service account, as you were offered the discounted subscription price. For more detailed information on our subscription policy, you can check out our Terms & Conditions (Section 6.5.1.)
Once the first recurring charge is processed, you can cancel your subscription anytime without compensating the price difference.
