In your email, make it clear that you are requesting a postponement of your subscription renewal.

Specify the duration for which you wish to pause your plan (up to 30 days).

Please be advised that making a purchase does not automatically generate a personal account, you need to sign up under the email address, under which the orders were placed.
Once the required information to sign-up is filled, you will receive a confirmation email to activate your account and the link is valid for 30 minutes. If the link is not used within 30 minutes, you will need to go through the sign-up process again.
