The orders are being processed almost right after they're placed. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after you place it. If the order is already processed, has left our warehouse and is on its way to the carrier's possession, we are no longer able to cancel it. That is why we ask our customers to make sure to place the correct order.
