You may manage your subscription yourself! Follow these simple steps:
- Go to https://colonbroom.com/subscription-cancellation.
- Enter the email address you used for the purchase of ColonBroom.
- A letter will be sent to your email. Go to your email, open the letter from us, and use the link to log in.
- This link will take you to the subscription management page, where you may click Cancel subscription. Please indicate the reason(s) for the cancellation and tap Submit & Cancel.
If you have not received a letter in a couple of minutes, check your Spam, Promotions, and Updates folders. If the email is not there, to cancel your subscription, contact us at hello@colonbroom.com.
You can cancel your subscription any time, but at least 72 hours before the end of the ongoing subscription period.
