To access your self service account, please follow these steps:

- If you haven’t signed up yet, you’ll need to create an account first here: Sign-Up
Please be advised that making a purchase does not automatically generate a personal account, you need to sign up under the email address, under which the orders were placed.
Once the required information to sign-up is filled, you will receive a confirmation email to activate your account, and the link is valid for 30 minutes. If the link is not used within 30 minutes, you will need to go through the sign-up process again.
