We would not recommend this product to young children because their digestion system is still in development. Children should eat a variety of fresh fruits and berries, such as raspberries, strawberries, bananas, apples, etc., and fresh green leafy vegetables and root vegetables, like sweet potato, spinach, broccoli, tomato, cucumber, etc. Such food will ensure an adequate amount of nutrients, vitamins, and dietary fiber, which are absolutely essential for the health and development of a young child.
Aim for at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day (that's about 80g/portion)!
